Stilo International plc Directorate change May 19, 2010 Christine Moore appointed to the role of Finance Director The Board of Stilo International plc ("Stilo" or the "Company") (LSE:STL), the AIM quoted software and services company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Christine (Chris) Moore as the Company's Finance Director.  Ms. Moore has been acting as the Company's financial controller since 31 October 2008 and the Company's directors are pleased to welcome her on to the main Board as an executive director. Ms. Moore trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in 1992.  For ten years she worked for Zimmer Limited, a leading orthopaedics company, in various roles including Company Secretary and Finance Director.  She was subsequently Commercial Director at Serco Learning, an educational software and services division of Serco Limited.  Ms. Moore has recent experience in financial consultancy and project management, working on a UK and international basis.
