The Board of Stilo International plc ("Stilo" or the "Company") (LSE:STL), the AIM quoted software and services company, announces that Barry Welck, Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, has resigned with immediate effect to persue other interests.

The Board would like to thank Barry for his excellent and valued contribution to the Company over the past years and wish him well for the future.

David Ashman, current Non Executive Director, has today been appointed as the new Chairman of the Company with immediate effect.
