Swindon, United Kingdom – Stilo International today unveiled a radical Q2 promotion that significantly reduces the cost of content migration. Organizations that need to convert legacy content, such as Word, FrameMaker and HTML files into DITA XML can now do so for just $1 per page and $1 per graphic.

 

This highly cost-effective service is delivered using Stilo Migrate, an online content conversion tool that dramatically simplifies the content migration process. It enables customers to upload source documents via a secure, private web portal and convert them by completing a number of easy-to-follow steps. Stilo Migrate dramatically reduces the time required for content migration projects of all sizes and enables very complex documents – including graphics, tables and equations – to be converted with a high degree of precision and quality.

Available immediately for Q2 2009 orders only*, the Stilo Migrate Standard Service option requires users to simply pay up-front for ‘migration credits’ at $1 per page and $1 per graphic, with a minimum spend of just $100. Therefore, organizations can take advantage of the low prices, even if they have only a relatively small number of documents to convert. The service is ideal for companies that are new to content migration, as it allows them to embark on a new project or business strategy, without having to make a large financial commitment.

 

Premium and Gold Service subscription pricing options will be launched in the coming months and will include new features for extended graphics conversion, topic de-duplication and topic bursting.
