Chairman's AGM Statement

At today's annual general meeting, Barry Welck, Chairman, stated:

"Trading results for the four months up to the end of April 2007 are in line with market expectations. The Company is making steady progress overall, whilst continuing to invest in the development and marketing of new products, services and solutions. These developments are anticipated to make a positive contribution in 2008.

"In 2007 customers for OmniMark software include Toshiba, European Parliament, EDS and Sikorsky, and services contracts have been undertaken with International Atomic Energy Agency, BAe Systems, Boeing and Westland Helicopters.

"The Engineering Solutions team, acquired in August 2006, continues to make good progress with existing customers and in opening new accounts.

"We are continuing to pursue acquisition and partnering opportunities that complement our growing range of products and services."

All resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.
