Chairman's AGM Statement

17th May 2006

At today's annual general meeting, Barry Welck, Chairman, stated:

"Following a small trading profit for the period July-December 2005, the Company has continued to make good progress, trading profitably (before goodwill and exceptional items) for the four months up to the end of April 2006. This has contributed to an increased cash balance at 30th April 2006 of £394,000 (31st December 2005: £373,000).

In 2006 customers for OmniMark software include Toshiba, Boeing, CSC and Wolters Kluwer CCH, and services contracts have been undertaken with Wolters Kluwer in France, SEB Merchant Banking in Sweden, and Hewlett Packard and Boeing in North America.

We are proceeding with investments in new software solutions and are continuing to pursue actively acquisition and partnering opportunities that complement our growing range of products and services."

All resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.
