Holding in Company

The Company received notification today, in accordance with sections 198 to 210 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that following a purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares on 24 August 2006 by Mr Ken Jones, he now holds 4,650,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.01% of the Company's current issued share capital.
