Stilo Conversion Factory makes debut at Documation UK

Swindon, UK - 15 September 2005

Stilo, the leading specialist in content engineering, will launch the Stilo Conversion Factory at Documation UK, London, October 12th -13th 2005.

The Stilo Conversion Factory reduces costs, improves quality and shortens schedules for projects converting and migrating large volumes of documentation into leading content management systems or other enterprise applications. This is especially true when the content must be converted to XML / SGML in order to support advanced content processing requirements.

Designed to tackle complex, difficult or 'impossible' content conversion and migration problems, the Stilo Conversion Factory readily integrates with existing infrastructures and working procedures. Customers are able to extract real value from gigabytes of legacy content in a highly automated, cost effective way and respond rapidly to changing business requirements.

The Stilo Conversion Factory can transform any source format into any customer-specified XML format, enrich converted content to meet quality and compliance standards, migrate legacy content into new enterprise systems, convert MSWord documents into high quality XML and execute bi-directional transformations between SGML and XML whilst sustaining extremely high levels of system performance.

Les Burnham, Stilo's CEO, comments "The Stilo Conversion Factory provides particular value to organisations where the outsourcing of conversion projects cannot be seriously considered due to technical, operational, or confidentiality reasons. The Stilo Conversion Factory is the first of a growing collection of Stilo solutions aimed at addressing the critical content processing requirements that underlie the whole content lifecycle."
