Stilo acquires Engineering Solutions business of Proceed Holdings Ltd

Stilo International plc today announces that its subsidiary company Stilo Technology Limited acquired certain assets and contracts comprising the Engineering Solutions business of Proceed Holdings Ltd. The Engineering Solutions business provides PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) consultancy, data migration and document management solutions to major customers of SAP enterprise software. Commenting on these developments, Les Burnham, Chief Executive, stated "The extended range of solutions and services from Stilo will enable our customers to better address the challenges of managing the total product content lifecycle throughout the extended enterprise and supply chain - essential for companies to compete successfully in the evolving new world of e-business."
