Chief Executive Officer & Director
Following an initial spell in corporate planning at Mobil Oil, Les has spent his entire career in the IT industry, holding a variety of business development and executive management positions at ICL, Prime Computer and RM. At RM, he was responsible for achieving rapid sales growth from £11million to £40million over a four year period and subsequently founded his own company, pioneering ebooks and multimedia publishing in North America and Europe. Experienced in venture capital backed technology start-ups, he spearheaded Stilo’s IPO in 2000 and has since led the company’s acquisition and growth strategy in the XML content processing market.
Les holds a B.Sc.Jnt Hns in Mathematics/Operational Research obtained from Leeds University and undertook an MBA programme at Cranfield School of Management.
VP, Development & Professional Services
As VP, Development and Professional Services, Patrick heads up all new product development at Stilo and is actively engaged in the successful deployment of content processing solutions for publishing clients. Major ongoing product development efforts include OmniMark , the leading high-performance content processing platform;Migrate, the world’s first cloud XML content conversion service and AuthorBridge, a web-based XML editor for non-technical users. Patrick has been associated with best practices for complex content processing for over a decade, and has successfully delivered custom solutions on behalf of organizations in the automotive, airline, defence and commercial publishing sectors.
With a B.Sc. degree in Mathematics and a M.Sc. in Computer Science from McGill University, he leads an expert team of highly talented content processing specialists.
Non-Executive Director and Chairman
David held various accounting positions at Unilever, Reeds International, Letraset, Borg Textiles and Marley before joining Bowater Paper Group where he became Finance Director. It was there that he was a key member of the management team which carried out an MBO from Bowaters, subsequently floating the company on the London Stock Exchange and accepting a bid two years later valuing the Company at £300 million.
Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary
Liam qualified as a lawyer with leading Irish Corporate law firm William Fry and also spent a number of years in the corporate finance department of Seymour Pierce in London where he advised on a wide range of corporate transactions. Liam is a founder member and director of ONE Advisory Group, which provides corporate advisory and administration services to listed companies.
