# Selecting a Current Basket

Documents are placed into baskets in order to organize and de-clutter your dashboard.

## Procedure

Choose a basket from the **View Basket** sidebar.

## Result

Your current basket has been updated.

1. The **Documents** page will only list documents in your current basket.
2. If you choose *all*, there is effectively no current basket. You will see all documents on the portal.
3. When you upload a document, it will automatically be placed in your current basket.
4. Migrate will remember which basket you last used and automatically set it the next time you log on.
