Bryan TipperChief Executive Officer

Bryan brings a successful track record of over 15 years in high-profile leadership positions in the high-tech and software industries. He is responsible for driving international sales and marketing initiatives at Stilo, and possesses a demonstrated history of growing businesses quickly using ambitious sales approaches. Along with his competitive desire to succeed, Bryan brings creative and effective marketing techniques, strong technical skills, and an extensive knowledge of developing and nurturing loyal customer-bases.

Prior to joining Stilo, he closed key accounts for Micro-Metric leading to its acquisition by VIEW Engineering in 2005, and recently led software developer, Optiwave Systems, to all time revenue highs.

Bryan holds a B.Sc. in Engineering Physics with a minor in Computer Science from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario.

Jackson KleinCTO

Jackson brings more than 20 years of providing technical leadership, strategic direction and oversight for successful planning and execution of all stages of R&D, product development and lifecycle. He is responsible for developing and championing Stilo’s technology strategy across all functions of the organization and contributing to Stilo’s long term vision alongside the executive team.

Prior to joining Stilo, Jackson managed and led R&D teams to develop and successfully launch software products in the field of design, simulation and analysis of photonic integrated circuits, communication systems and networks.

Jackson Klein holds a M.S and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from State University of Campinas, Brazil and an MBA from the University of Ottawa.
