Maintenance Benefits

Maintenance for OmniMark is offered on a yearly basis. The first year of maintenance is purchased when you initially purchase OmniMark. Customers are strongly encouraged to renew their maintenance each year for as long as they continue to use OmniMark. Maintenance is essential to maintaining an ongoing relationship with Stilo and ensuring full and immediate access to the latest product information, maintenance releases, and support services.

An up-to-date maintenance agreement provides a number of important benefits, as outlined below.

Maintenance Releases

From time to time, Stilo issues maintenance releases and minor upgrades to the OmniMark software. These releases may introduce new features or fix problems discovered in earlier versions. Maintenance customers will be entitled to receive all maintenance releases and minor point release upgrades free of charge.

Version Protection Maintenance

Stilo also offers a maintenance plan that includes a free upgrade to the next major version.  Please ask your Stilo representative for details or email. 

License Transfers

Customers with valid maintenance agreements can transfer the license of any OmniMark software product from one machine to another within their company, by submitting a license transfer request.
